Head chef James Featherstone (a la BBC Masterchef) and his talented team use their breadth of experience to prepare and cook the most flavoursome, high quality food with a touch of French inspiration. We use the best available local produce.
Local meat is supplied by Holsome Park a few miles away. Fresh fish is purchased from day boats at Brixham and Plymouth fish markets. Seasonal vegetables are bought in Totnes.
Both our lunch and à la carte dinner menu change seasonally with daily specials allowing our chef's to show off their talents with the freshest produce. It also ensures we can offer you a different and extraordinary food experience every time.
Food is prepared and freshly cooked before your very eyes in our open kitchen where dishes are individually cooked to order.
